Actually filmed in Mike and Ray Mentzer's apartment in L.A, July 1978. This was the final session we shot with Mike. He was in ripped pre-contest condition and performed muscle control that will blow your mind, including the incredibly difficult isolation u00e2 u0080 u0098rope u00e2 u0080 u0099 pose!! Every muscle fibre, every vein - incredible closeups. Displaying body parts in slow, deliberate flexing, rippling poses. Includes oiling, pumping and dumbell workout.
