Nurse White asks the DC City Council not to rush to vaccinate and instead follow the lead of Maryland in forming a taskforce to get more input from the community and the local scientific establishment. Gardisil is an experimental drug that the company Merck is looking to mandate as a vaccine against HPV here in District. Merck is infamous for the deaths associated with it's arthritis drug Vioxx.
